The KOLNOA festival of Israeli film, which bears in its name the Hebrew word for film or cinematography, presents the film production of this noteworthy land, full of colour, variety and contrasts.

We are presenting films which we commonly don´t encounter in the regular Czech film distribution. We choose for the festival both newly released films and older classics of feature and documentary production. Lectures on various themes pertaining to the Israeli film accompany the festival together with presentations of Israeli film schools and a fringe programme consisting in dance, music, arts and culinary craft, and basics of Hebrew and Arabic.
