The Jewish Film Festival Vienna (JFW), founded 34 years ago, has made it a matter close to its heart to bring the art of film to the people. The most important thing for us is to actively counteract increasing anti-Semitism and racism, a mission increasingly vital amid current political and social challenges. This year's focus includes international productions addressing right-wing extremism, prejudice, war, and threats, alongside films highlighting peace initiatives and resistance. The festival also explores the various meanings of being Jewish.
